ATOM Safety

ATOM Industrial Safety Specialists

No matter how much you enjoy your job, we all love getting home after a long day at work.

Unfortunately, not everyone returns home safely.

In 2023, there were 139,000 serious injury claims (Safe Work Australia, 2024). The highest number for a decade. Many of these were preventable.

ATOM Safety, believe every worker has earned the right to get home safely after a long day at work.

We’re dedicated to staying at the forefront of all safety standards, and all product technologies and innovations available or coming to the market, and passing this knowledge on to you.

We will then partner with you to assess your safety compliance and specific safety needs, so that you sleep comfortably each night knowing that you’ve helped ensure each and every employee returns home safely to their loved ones.

The ATOM Safety Process

ATOM Safety's process is focused on a continual review of your business's health and safety procedures to ensure your workplace is compliant and safety equipment to make sure it is effective for the work task.

ATOM Safety will send one of their safety consultants to your workplace to conduct a site safety assessment. During this process, we gather LTI data and relevant MSDS sheets to help us review and either put forward an alternative product or look at the performance of duplicated products to rationalise.

Where an alternative product is offered (which may be based on price or better performance and technology) we will conduct single or multi-site coordinated trials utilising feedback forms that are completed by the user. We’ll then provide a report which outlines the results, savings, LTI reduction, user compliance and more.

We’ll create a matrix aligned with work tasks that can be displayed around the workplace to serve as a guide for users to know what PPE they must wear, and what is approved for a particular task. Where required, we can also create a mini catalogue with the items that have been approved from the above process.

Once we’ve completed our review, we’ll offer our recommendations for an on-site vending machine. This can help sites to review and ensure workers are using the correct PPE provided, which can control product usage and spend, improve productivity and increase compliance.

Our Team of Industrial & Safety Specialists Partner with You to Mitigate Preventable Risks from Your Workplace

ATOM Safety Program – Delivering on Our Promise

ATOM Safety’s program ensures the ongoing review of health and safety processes to keep equipment and procedures compliant, relevant, and effective.

We begin with a site safety assessment to identify risks, which includes evaluating equipment, PPE, and injury data.

After the assessment, findings are presented along with suggestions for improving processes or adjusting safety products to better match work tasks. ATOM Safety then collaborates with you to determine the best course of actions for your safety needs. This may include some or all of the following:
