ATOM's Customer Portal serves as a central location for you to access all the tools and information you need to manage your orders and your account, in real-time, 24/7.
The customer portal is a self-service tool allowing you to:
- View your quotes and backorders
- Communicate directly with the ATOM sales team
- Stay informed with real-time estimated time of arrival (ETA) information
- View and download invoices, credit notes and PODs
- View the ATOMic Cloud dashboard, if you're a vending customer with ATOM, for visibility or consumption by machine, product and employee, as well as viewing their transaction history.
