CHAIRMAN’S CHALLENGE
Ever dreamt of hiking the Kokoda Trail, or perhaps swimming with sharks? Our annual Chairman’s Challenge is our opportunity recognise ATOMites who consistently emulate our guiding principle: “We do the things for each other to ensure the little things get done for our customers.”
“The Chairman’s Challenge is a reward, and perhaps more valuably, an acknowledgement of those amongst our team – and it’s often the quiet ones, the unsung heroes – who consistently live by our core value: to serve.” – Jason Johnson, CEO
Past challenges include hiking the 96km Kokoda Trail, swimming with great white sharks in SA and taking on a 108km stretch of the Bibbulmun track. We hope they come away from the experience rich in confidence and feeling empowered in their role.
“This was one of the most exciting, challenging, and rewarding experiences of a lifetime. It was easily one of the hardest things I have ever attempted, but the camaraderie between the challengers made the gruelling days more achievable. I formed great friendships with people I would never have otherwise met. The scenery was breathtaking, the people were just as incredible, and the overall experience exceeded my wildest expectations. It was brilliant!” - Demi, 2023 Challenger
